I went to see Dr. Guarino for a persistent problem that I have been having with my back the past couple months. I have been to see a Chiropractor numerous times but still have had this persistent ailment. There are many things in which I felt made Dr. Jay a stand-out and excellent practitioner. Firstly, he approached the problem with a thorough analysis. He didn’t just treat my symptoms but took a look at the bigger picture of the dynamics of what was going on. I enjoyed his obvious knowledge, understanding and interest he has for his practice. He also spent the time for me to understand things and has a great manner with people. He is also a person willing to do those little extras to make sure that you walk out feeling better.
What also makes Jay stand out is his Active Release Technique training. My back problems are only a symptom of a greater problem with my tight lower back muscles. With the Active Release Technique therapy I walked away with a more comprehensive treatment than what could be achieved with the traditional Chiropractic treatment. I would recommend Active Release Technique treatment to anyone experiencing tightness and muscular stress anywhere in their body. He was able to work on m calves, hips and neck all which have been under stress as I have been training for a triathlon. I am so relieved with the release it has brought me. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and have already been promoting him in my personal networks.
Thank you Dr. Jay

I had the privilege of meeting this young professional, and was impressed with his clear articulation of the benefits of Chiropractic care, particularly of Active Release Technique.
I met with Jay at his office and was made to feel instantly at ease and welcomed by the warm greeting of his receptionist.
Escorting his last patient of the morning into the reception area, Jay ensured that she was transferred to the care of the front desk, then raised his head and smiled widely in his welcome of me. Walking over, he greeted me with a confident handshake that mirrored the warmth of his “hello”.
Jay walked me through the hall that lead to the closed doors of treatments in process and into the inviting space of the room in which he treats his patients.
Large windows that showcase city-scapes are set to allow in light while protecting the room from the heat of direct sunlight. The space was calming and professional, as is Jay’s demeanor.
In testament of his commitment, Jay offers 15 minute treatment periods, where other Chiropractors tend to see patients in 5 minute rotations
I heard from Jay what he loves about being a Chiropractor – the opportunity to make a difference with people – allowing them freedom from barriers to their physical expression.
I have no doubt that Jay will flourish as a sought-after doctor of Chiropractic care.
